How do I create an account?

order and payments

How do I place an order?

This is easy, but we advise you to create an account. It will make future ordering much easier, but it is not mandatory. Click here to create an account directly.

Select the product you want to buy. 

Select the correct size. Select the circle by clicking on the size you want to choose. The circle will be outlined in black and your choice is confirmed. You can also use your 'size buddy' to select the correct size. Enter a number of details about your stature and you will receive tailor-made advice.

When you have chosen a product, size and number of pieces, click on 'add to shopping cart'. If you want you can continue shopping. Your product will remain in the shopping cart for half an hour.

Are you done with shopping and do you want to complete your order? Then click on the shopping cart at the top right and review your order. Have you received a gift card with a discount code and do you want to use it? Enter the code and click on 'apply voucher'. Then click on the green button 'proceed to checkout'. If you do not have a voucher with a discount code, click directly on 'proceed to checkout'.

If you are ordering for the first time, or if you are not logged in, you can still create an account or log in. When you are logged in, your address and billing information will be filled in immediately. Please also review this information. Do you want your order to be delivered to a different address? Then click on 'send to another address' and enter the desired delivery address.

Click on the payment method. We offer the option to pay by credit card, iDEAL or PayPal. Then click on the green button 'place order and pay'.

Your order and payment will be completed in a secure environment. You will receive an order and payment confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive your order at the desired address.

How do I know if my order is registered correctly?

Can I have my order delivered to someone else?

When you place your order, you can choose to have it delivered to a different delivery address. Just click on 'send to another address'.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel an order by sending an e-mail to logistics@common-era.nl_as soon as possible. Change or cancel is possible until the moment the order has been passed on to our warehouse. If your order has already been processed and out for delivery, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. In that case it is best to return your order once you have received it.

A product or size is sold out. When can I order this?

If a product, size or color can no longer be ordered, we will indicate when the product will be available again. If it is not listed and you still cannot place an order, please let us know and send an e-mail to   

My order is not complete, what should I do?

If you are missing a product, but you have paid for it, please contact us at In this e-mail, always state your order number, product name, color and size. We will check in our system what went wrong. If the missing product is in stock, we will send the missing product free of charge. If the product is no longer in stock, we will refund the amount that you have paid for this product.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

If you have received a wrong product that can be exchanged, you can return it free of charge. Contact us via and state the order number, name of the product, color and size in your e-mail. Fill in the return form that is included in your package and add it to the return shipment. Use the return sticker that came with your delivery. Once your return has been received, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible.

What are the payment methods?

You are shopping in a secured environment. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express) or with a gift card.

I received a payment error, what should I do?

Unpleasant. First check your credit card, PayPal or bank account to check if the amount has actually been debited. It may take a while before your payment comes in. In our system, the order is registered once we have received the payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We try our best to deliver your order within 1-2 working days. This applies to deliveries in all countries where we deliver. We work with an external forwarder to deliver our packages and cannot guarantee the above delivery times.

What are the shipping costs?

For deliveries to addresses in the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 4,95. For orders from € 150.00 and deliveries to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, delivery is free. See below for the rates for shipping to other countries.

If I place multiple orders on the same day, what will it mean for the shipping costs?

With every order under € 150,00 you pay shipping costs. Every completed order is registered as a separate order in our system. Therefore, it can be a benefit to order in one time only.

How will my order be delivered?

Will my order be delivered in a sustainable way?

Your package will be delivered by DHL Parcel. One of DHL's goals is to reduce emissions to zero as quickly as possible. Significant steps have already been taken. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or a part of it, you can return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt. What do I need to know when returning a product?

Can I return products without the original packaging?

Can I exchange a product?

You can exchange your product(s) by returning your previous purchase and then placing a new order. If the new product is available, please note that this is a new order and that it must also be paid in advance. Due to technical reasons, we cannot offset orders against each other. Once your return shipment has arrived, it will be processed as soon as possible. The amount of the return shipment will be refunded with the same payment method of your purchase.

When will I receive my money?

When your return shipment has been received, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. The refund will be made as soon as possible, and within 5 working days. We will pay you back with the same payment method you used for the purchase.

I have lost my return form.

If you have lost your return form, print out the order confirmation that you received by e-mail. Add it to the return package. Please note that you first register your return online.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased with a gift card?

Yes, this too can be returned or exchanged. A discount code is created again for the amount paid with a gift card. As soon as your return shipment has arrived, you will receive a new discount code by e-mail. If you want to exchange the product, it is best to wait until you have received the new discount code and place a new order.
